Job Summary
This is a strategic, newly created role for an experienced Senior Technical Architect to actively shape the technological future of conQuaesso, nytroo, and educaro—key business units specializing in recruitment for the health and social care sectors. The architect will be responsible for designing the overall technical architecture, defining the IT roadmap, and integrating various systems (ATS, CRM, Marketing) through API integrations and workflow automation. Key responsibilities include utilizing modern automation tools like Azure Logic Apps, Make, n8n, or Power Automate, and leveraging AI technologies (e.g., Azure AI) to develop data-driven solutions and efficient digital processes. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in system integration, automated workflow development, and project management, including steering international development teams, translating business needs into technical concepts, and driving projects to successful completion.
