The successful candidate will join a skilled support team for the Abacus ERP system, working on behalf of a leading consulting and IT firm based in Zurich. This responsible and varied role involves providing first-level support, advising clients on Abacus modules related to HR, Payroll, and Time management, and resolving system issues in close collaboration with 2nd Level Support. Key duties also include creating system documentation, administering client system environments, and conducting user training sessions.
