Job Summary

This role involves leading challenging projects focused on control and switchgear systems, as well as modern automation technology within a highly innovative, medium-sized company in Rheinböllen. The Project Manager will handle the entire project lifecycle, starting with technical conception, planning, and proposal development. Key responsibilities include overall project control, serving as the central customer contact, leading the project team, and coordinating all technical development activities. Success in this position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification like a Technician/Master Craftsman with relevant experience), combined with several years of professional experience in the electrical engineering field. Candidates must possess excellent technical knowledge in automation and drive technology, strong social competence, and leadership skills.
