Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist focusing on systems integration within a growing B2B IT services company based in Kaufbeuren, Germany. The specialist will be a key member of a 'global' IT department, providing comprehensive support for both internal Office IT and external customer data centers. Daily tasks involve 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level HelpDesk support, server-side maintenance (e.g., service checks), and active participation in network topics and challenging IT projects.
