Job Summary

This senior role involves executing and leading complex bioanalytical activities crucial for innovative oncology drug discovery and development projects. You will be responsible for developing and qualifying cutting-edge bioanalytical methods, primarily utilizing immunoassay and mass spectrometry techniques, to accurately quantify small molecules, large biomolecules, and metabolites extracted from diverse biological matrices. A key part of the mission is ensuring high data quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance while working autonomously on preclinical studies. You will also be responsible for instrument maintenance and contributing to the laboratory's quality management system (SOPs). This position is ideal for an experienced analytical chemist seeking to apply their deep knowledge of quantitative bioanalysis and DMPK principles within a collaborative research environment dedicated to advancing life-saving therapies.

Required Skills

Education

Federal Diploma (CFC) as a Chemistry Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Technician Diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in analytical chemistry focused on the quantification and characterization of small and/or biomolecules.
  • Proven theoretical and practical experience in processing and handling biological matrices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative bioanalysis techniques, including mass spectrometry, chromatography, and immunoassays.
  • Experience in DMPK in-vitro and/or bioanalysis of biologics, peptides, or ADCs.
