Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged and qualified Technical Manager to drive the energy transition by overseeing the technical aspects of innovative renewable energy projects, specifically focusing on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and PV/Hybrid projects across Germany and Europe. The manager will hold overall technical responsibility for projects from concept and planning through construction and successful commissioning, ensuring optimal technical and economic implementation. Key responsibilities include technical design optimization, coordinating external planners and EPC partners, managing grid connection concepts with network operators, and providing technical support for permitting processes. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical or Energy Technology) and at least two years of relevant professional experience in BESS and PV project implementation, coupled with strong technical project management skills and comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
