Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Tax Consultant focusing on providing high-level, ongoing tax advice within a modern, unconventional Tax and Law Firm. The consultant will be deeply involved in the comprehensive support of exciting mandates, handling complex tax law issues, particularly concerning domestic and international partnerships (Personengesellschaften). Daily tasks include preparing tax returns for partnerships and corporations, and offering specialized project-based consultation on corporate tax law, international tax law, and the taxation of closed-end funds and their shareholders. The ideal candidate possesses an excellent academic background, has passed the Tax Consultant exam, values teamwork and a modern work environment, and is comfortable using English in a professional setting.
