Job Summary

Join a rapidly expanding, modern, and innovative multidisciplinary engineering firm in Lausanne as a Structural Project Manager. This key role involves specializing in load-bearing structures, utilizing materials such as concrete, wood, and metal, while contributing to major rehabilitation, transformation, and new construction projects across the Lake Geneva region. Day-to-day duties include participating in technical meetings with clients and architects, supervising project implementation on site, and meticulously managing project costs, including estimates and tenders. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (EPF/HES or equivalent) and possesses a minimum of five years of professional experience, coupled with expertise in Swiss construction norms (SIA/Eurocode) and structural software like Cubus, Scia, and BIM Revit. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse, large-scale projects, including those focused on ecological transition, within a dynamic team that encourages continuous professional development.
