This role is for an experienced HR Controller focused on providing data-driven HR expertise, specifically supporting the REWE Digital IT unit. The professional will be responsible for elevating management reporting by acting as the central point of contact for REWE Digital's leadership, handling monthly reporting, and managing the annual personnel planning process with both operational and strategic oversight. Key activities include creating transparency in cost and performance accounting, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and actively advising management based on HR data insights. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in (HR) Controlling
- Experience communicating and exchanging information with various hierarchy levels
- Experience with SAP HCM (Ad hoc Queries) or Analytics for Office (SAP)
- Professional experience in data evaluation (Excel, PowerBI, or similar)

Additional
- Willingness to continuously develop skills in programming or data query languages; Position available as full-time or part-time (minimum 27 hours)
