Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Field Service Technician, or a career changer with extensive experience, to join a growing regional Internet and Telephony provider. The core responsibilities involve the end-to-end installation and commissioning of telecommunication lines, including the mechanical and electrical setup of control cabinets and distributors. Day-to-day tasks will also include troubleshooting and resolving faults, setting up customer equipment like routers, repeaters, and phones, and installing DSL and fiber optic equipment. A crucial part of the job is providing comprehensive customer support via phone, remote access, or on-site visits. The ideal candidate must possess a background in electrical or communication technology, a Class B driving license (and ideally BE for trailers), and demonstrate reliability, customer focus, and the ability to work independently to ensure projects reach technical functionality.
