Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for IT issues and requests via the Helpdesk. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving IT disruptions, setting up new workstations, and installing/instructing users on application software and IT systems. A core responsibility is maintaining and documenting the IT infrastructure, performing regular hardware/software checks, and managing network connectivity, including switches, routers, and access points. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification and at least one year of professional experience in IT service and support. Expertise in Office 365, Azure, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint administration, along with strong knowledge of network technology (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching), is required.
