Join the Technical Support Team focused on revolutionizing the culinary world through innovative robotic kitchen systems. This role involves real-time, remote monitoring of robotic systems and serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers and guests. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving technical issues during live operations, primarily via phone and remote service tools, and creating virtual instructions to ensure efficient system usage. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in IT, software, or mechatronics, coupled with strong communication skills and a passion for technology and culinary arts.
