Job Summary
The Laboratory Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a modern, digitally driven dental laboratory in Berlin-Charlottenburg. This role focuses heavily on process optimization, quality management, and implementing digital solutions to enhance efficiency and customer orientation. Key daily activities include managing workflows from goods receipt to result delivery, identifying bottlenecks, and developing digital tools and dashboards for measuring KPIs and SLA fulfillment. The specialist will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) and technical teams to automate workflows and leverage data intelligently. The ideal candidate possesses a technical, scientific, or business background with relevant experience in laboratory or production management, coupled with a strong interest in digitalization, process automation, and data analytics.
