Job Summary
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the operation and continuous development of the company's Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) applications. This is a crucial technical role where you will actively participate in the development process to ensure the successful evolution of these core business systems. A key aspect of the position involves steering and coordinating all internal and external service providers engaged in new developments, implementations, or system expansions, culminating in final acceptance testing. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in enabling internal colleagues by providing essential training and support, ensuring they maximize the utility of the applications. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who excels at stakeholder communication and translating complex technical information into understandable, solution-oriented presentations.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in IT (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science) or commercial foundation with further education in IT (HF, FH)
Experience
- Several years of IT experience (e.g., as Application Manager, Project Manager, or Key User)
- Professional experience in steering internal and external service providers for system implementations and expansions
- Experience communicating effectively and solution-oriented with diverse stakeholders
