Job Summary

This role calls for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join the control center team in Bernburg, focusing specifically on critical logistics systems support. The specialist will be responsible for providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support for warehouse operations, often working in a shift model. Key daily tasks include continuous monitoring of systems, interfaces, and SAP-EWM for warnings and errors, generating crucial reports and analyses, and meticulously documenting all incidents within the ticketing system. A core responsibility is the analysis of system disruptions across the entire environment, classifying their severity, and escalating issues efficiently to 3rd level support, the SAP-Cloud team, or internal IT teams. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes, multi-year experience with SAP-EWM or comparable warehouse management systems, and strong analytical skills necessary to develop and implement immediate workarounds to maintain operational continuity. The position offers a permanent contract and a competitive monthly salary of €5,400.
