Job Summary

This role involves specialized administrative work focused on IT fraud prevention, particularly within online banking environments. The specialist will be responsible for handling suspected phishing cases, including communicating directly with customers via phone, implementing emergency locks, and managing fraud reports. Key duties also include post-fraud case resolution, such as customer clarification, issuing new access data, and managing statistical data collection and evaluation. Furthermore, the role requires active participation in event management by processing online banking-specific incidents within the OSP event system. The ideal candidate should have a banking or comparable background, possess strong risk sensitivity, and be capable of independent, responsible work. The position also includes providing crucial internal support to colleagues regarding online banking issues, managing internal tickets, and contributing to process documentation and administrative security tasks across the IT organization.
