Job Summary

This role involves managing and securing the critical Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure within a leading German dairy production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration of OT networks, including VLAN configuration and programming, and managing the core infrastructure components such as servers, VMware (ESXi/vSphere), and storage systems (HPE, NetApp). A key focus is cybersecurity, requiring the setup of firewalls, network segmentation, and endpoint security for production networks, alongside administering Active Directory and user rights within production domains. You will collaborate closely with maintenance, IT, and engineering teams to implement new production facilities and drive the modernization and digitalization of existing systems. Candidates must possess a background as a Technician or hold a degree in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, coupled with mandatory experience in the industrial sector and automation technology (PLC, SCADA).
