Job Summary

This role involves the independent and structured planning and execution of electrical systems across all phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers), focusing on both heavy and low-current technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting specifications, actively managing the procurement process, conducting detailed bid evaluations, and overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. The work is conducted within a modern digital planning environment utilizing Revit and BIM standards. Candidates must possess a degree as a Technician/Master or comparable qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA) planning, strong expertise in heavy and low-current systems, and familiarity with relevant legal frameworks.
