Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) within turnkey building construction projects. The successful candidate will independently manage complex TGA projects, ensuring technical and economic objectives are met. Key responsibilities include leading negotiations with clients and subcontractors, overseeing and directing external specialist engineers in creating specifications and planning services according to HOAI (German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers), and coordinating and controlling project execution and construction results. The role requires a degree in Supply or Electrical Engineering and professional experience in TGA, along with proficiency in MS Office and specialized billing/calculation software.
