Job Summary

This role is based in Hagenbach, supporting a client by ensuring process quality within pre-treatment and cathodic dip painting (KTL) systems. The Chemical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting precise titration analyses and controlling key system parameters daily. A core function involves quality assurance, including performing tests on sheet metal according to stringent automotive standards, and planning and documenting corrosion tests following VDA and DIN ISO specifications. The position also requires managing and organizing chemicals for pre-treatment and painting processes, collaborating with the team to improve overall painting quality, and communicating technical details with customers. Candidates should possess a qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA, demonstrate a precise and structured approach to analytical tasks, and be team-oriented. Initial laboratory experience is beneficial, but motivated career changers are explicitly welcomed.
