Job Summary

This role is ideal for an interdisciplinary professional, blending natural sciences and engineering, to drive the development of cutting-edge In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) technologies. As a central member of a project team comprising engineers, scientists, and developers, you will coordinate technical efforts, guiding products from the initial concept phase through to market readiness. Day-to-day tasks include planning customer workshops, preparing important project milestones, and acting as the crucial link between customer requirements and technological possibilities. You will also work hands-on on prototypes and series devices, developing efficient test procedures and troubleshooting complex technical challenges across various domains like optics, mechanics, electronics, and liquid handling. Success requires a strong scientific-technical understanding, excellent organizational skills, and fluent communication in both German and English.
