Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated IT Service Owner to join the IM Design & Development team, focusing specifically on supporting the introduction and management of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module within ServiceNow. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the service strategy, developing a clear roadmap for service areas, and managing the associated IT applications. Key responsibilities include budgeting, ensuring service performance by monitoring SLA deviations, managing service-related communications (including major incidents), and prioritizing service demands based on internal and external requirements. This position requires a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of experience managing IT services and applications, ideally within Legal, Risk, Audit, or Compliance domains. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, operating within a dynamic, international environment.
