Job Summary

This role involves taking ownership of complex IT infrastructure challenges, analyzing deep-seated problems, and implementing solutions for operational optimization within the Technology Center for Information Technology. The IT Service Manager is responsible for identifying technical improvements and potential market opportunities, while also steering and optimizing organizational and technical workflows. Key duties include planning and organizing projects, coordinating service tickets according to SLAs, and ensuring timely service execution. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT Support or IT Service Management, coupled with technical expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Backup, and Network Topologies.
