The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with professional experience in LST, or holds a master craftsman (Meister) qualification in LST with long-standing relevant experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a structured, assertive approach to successfully manage project stakeholders, identify risks, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements, making this a crucial position within an international railway group.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification such as Master Craftsman (Meister) in LST.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Railway Control and Safety Technology (LST)
