Job Summary

This role seeks a Test Engineer to join an innovative team focused on performance testing and development of cutting-edge high-voltage battery systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, supervising, and evaluating electro-thermal measurements, conceptualizing measurement routines, and analyzing complex test data. The engineer will also be responsible for setting up, operating, and developing electrical-hydraulic battery test benches, creating detailed test plans, and selecting necessary testing equipment. Collaboration with internal development teams and external partners is key for error analysis and automating testing processes. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses foundational knowledge in electrical systems, hydraulics, and thermodynamics, and has experience planning test benches, ideally for high-voltage systems. Strong analytical, communicative, and team-oriented skills, coupled with good proficiency in both English and German, are essential for success in this dynamic, future-focused environment.
