Job Summary

This role involves acting as the Application Manager and driving innovative digital solutions within the SAP HCM/HXM domain. The professional will be responsible for the full spectrum of requirements management, from capturing and prioritizing business needs to creating technical specifications and coordinating implementation. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring reliable service delivery for SAP HR systems (HXM, HCM), performing necessary SAP customizing, and serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for application services. The position requires active participation in system landscape development, process optimization, and handling 2nd/3rd level support for incident and problem management.
