Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Junior IT professional seeking a permanent position within a leading food wholesaler in the Munich area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the internal IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability and providing essential support to employees. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting support requests, configuring new workstations, and managing digital systems such as commissioning tools, telephony, mobile devices, and WLAN infrastructure. A key component of the role involves the administration and maintenance of Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and Exchange, alongside managing hardware and software procurement and updates.
