Job Summary

This Senior 2nd Level IT Support Specialist role involves managing and developing the local IT workplace infrastructure, focusing heavily on Windows, Intune, and SCCM environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing hands-on, solution-oriented 2nd-level support to users, analyzing and resolving issues within the network, client, and workplace domains, and performing installation, configuration, and maintenance of end devices and associated software. The specialist will also actively participate in IT infrastructure projects across Central Europe, support global rollouts, create technical documentation, conduct user training, and collaborate regularly with international teams. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, deep knowledge of IT support processes, and familiarity with ITIL and ITSM systems, coupled with strong communication skills in both German and English.
