Job Summary

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for the meticulous inspection of electrical components, ensuring they meet strict functional, quality, and processing standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating small testing and control devices, thoroughly documenting inspection results, reporting deviations, and preparing approved goods for the next production stage (sorting, packing, and allocation). This position offers long-term stability with an indefinite employment contract, attractive starting wages (€14.53 – €16.00 per hour), 30 days of annual leave, and a €400 bonus upon successful completion of the probationary period. The ideal candidate is precise, reliable, team-oriented, and willing to work in a 2-shift system, though prior experience in quality control or production is advantageous but not mandatory.
