Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT User Support for SAP Ariba Guided Buying users within a globally leading technology group focused on the energy sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing incoming service requests and incidents, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, assisting end-users with navigation and basic troubleshooting, and coordinating complex issues with specialized IT teams. A critical component is maintaining accurate ticket documentation and communicating status updates clearly to stakeholders. Candidates must possess completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist or IT Systems Clerk) and mandatory professional experience in SAP Ariba support and ticket management. This position offers an attractive compensation package of €60,000 to €65,000 annually, a family-friendly 35-hour work week, and 30 days of vacation, providing a stimulating environment for structured and communicative IT professionals.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Clerk, IT Specialist, or equivalent. Alternative professional qualification with demonstrable experience in SAP Ariba User Support is accepted.
