PLC Programmer | SPS-Programmierer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role offers a key position in product development, requiring the PLC Programmer to manage projects from initial concept through to series production in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sophisticated software concepts and modules specifically for palletizing and robotic systems. The successful candidate will also take on project leadership duties, encompassing planning, implementation, control, and documentation of development projects, while ensuring technical functions meet complex mechatronic, mechanical, electrical, and software requirements. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science, coupled with sound experience in PLC programming, particularly using Siemens TIA Portal and familiarity with Safety Integrated and Rockwell Studio. This position offers significant creative freedom, flexible working hours, and an attractive international environment in Mannheim, requiring a willingness to travel for on-site support and commissioning.
