Job Summary

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join the HR team of a leading global technology company specializing in specialized plant construction, located in Eastern Zurich. As an HR Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support to the Head HR and HR Managers across various business units, managing all aspects of personnel administration from entry to exit. Key responsibilities include handling social insurance matters, maintaining personnel master data, coordinating with payroll for salary runs, and ensuring accurate time recording. A significant part of the role involves contributing to HR projects focused on performance management, personnel development, and compensation & benefits, alongside optimizing internal HR processes and conducting HR controlling (analyses, evaluations, statistics). This position requires proficiency in both German and English, strong SAP HR skills, and expertise in Swiss labor law, making it ideal for a proactive and resilient professional seeking development in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

Education

Commercial basic education combined with further education as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist

Experience

  • Several years of relevant experience in a similar HR function within a larger company, preferably in a service environment
  • Proven, fundamental practice in personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of payroll administration
  • Solid understanding of Swiss labor and social security law
