Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Berlin-Zehlendorf involves critical production tasks within a medical technology and laboratory environment, primarily focusing on cleanroom operations. The role requires meticulous handling of medical products, including cleaning, labeling, and packaging under strict cleanroom conditions. Key responsibilities include operating production machinery, performing manual laboratory-adjacent tasks like equipment cleaning, and executing visual quality control checks on products and packaging. The ideal candidate must have a completed laboratory or medical technology education (CTA, BTA, MTA, or equivalent) and proven professional experience in cleanroom production or laboratory work (minimum 8 months). Candidates must be willing to work in a 3-shift system (with potential for 24/7 operations later) and possess good fine motor skills, reliability, and B2-level German proficiency. Non-smoker status is mandatory due to the sterile working environment.
