Job Summary
This role is for an Application Support Specialist focusing on clinical applications within a university hospital setting in Munich. The specialist will be crucial in supporting users with IT-related queries, developing solutions and standards, and modeling processes and information flows in collaboration with clinical staff. A significant part of the role involves selecting, developing, and operating clinical applications based on the latest technological standards, ensuring seamless data flow through system integration. Additionally, the specialist will manage IT projects from planning to rollout, including documentation and training, while contributing to team development. Required Skills
Education
Technical degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in application system support or analysis of clinical processes and requirements (ideally)
- Professional experience in implementation and support of IT solutions in healthcare
- Professional experience with clinical IT applications and interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Professional experience with data protection regulations (DSGVO/GDPR) and clinical security standards
- Professional experience in planning and implementing IT projects, ideally with agile methods
