Job Summary

This role seeks an Electronic Service Technician specializing in the maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy port machinery, including container cranes, straddle carriers, and industrial trucks, operating primarily in Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven. Daily duties involve acting as the primary customer contact for operational disruptions, supporting the commissioning and construction supervision of new equipment, and assisting with continuous improvement projects for workshop processes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician (focusing on operational, automation, or drive technology) or Mechatronics Technician, preferably with several years of professional experience. Essential prerequisites include physical resilience, the ability to work at heights, basic EDV skills (MS Office), and a mandatory Class B driving license.
