This role is designed for a Laboratory Support Specialist focused on merging scientific expertise with IT administration within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the seamless operation of local and global IT systems by providing independent system administration and second-level support on the business side. You will be instrumental in managing master data, performing data and sample changes, and ensuring data quality. A significant part of the role involves driving digitalization and IT initiatives, including the implementation and expansion of the laboratory system landscape. Candidates must possess a completed degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Biotechnology, or Medical Informatics, coupled with several years of profound experience in the GMP environment and knowledge of biopharmaceutical processes. Success in this position requires excellent communicative skills in both German and English to manage complex regulatory documentation and support the overall laboratory environment.
