Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Security Expert focused on implementing and maintaining IT solutions based on German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) standards. Day-to-day tasks involve assessing IT systems and applications against security requirements, conducting protection requirement assessments and comprehensive risk analyses according to BSI IT-Grundschutz, and modeling complex information networks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing technical security concepts, performing thorough security checks (Basis- and Grundschutz), and meticulously documenting findings using HiScout. Furthermore, you will support IT-Grundschutz certifications and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational security policies. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of BSI processes, expertise in HiScout documentation, and strong technical knowledge of IT system architectures (hardware, OS, networks).
