Job Summary
This role is for an experienced leader to head a small Electrical Design team within a traditional mechanical and plant engineering company specializing in solutions for the food and confectionery industries. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate construction projects, focusing on cost-efficiency, deadlines, and capacity planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the team, optimizing existing design solutions, and collaborating closely with internal departments and external suppliers. A key aspect is integrating process engineering considerations to ensure customer requirements are met economically and precisely.
