Job Summary
This role involves providing first-level IT support, both over the phone and on-site, within a dynamic Windows environment. Key daily responsibilities include creating, classifying, tracking, and maintaining support tickets to ensure timely resolution of user issues. The agent will also be responsible for configuring Windows clients and managing Active Directory (AD), as well as setting up new workstations and performing hardware checks. The ideal candidate should possess a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or have significant professional experience in the relevant area, coupled with strong foundational knowledge of Windows systems. Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Remote Access is desirable. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your IT support skills in a professional setting, providing essential technical assistance to colleagues and clients.
