Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of high-profile, prestigious construction and renovation projects. The Project/Property Manager will lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring strict adherence to quality, cost, and schedule specifications. Key responsibilities include managing communication and coordination with clients, architects, and various stakeholders, alongside monitoring construction execution for renovation and expansion projects. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, coupled with significant professional experience in leading complex renovation projects and property management. Success requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a high level of responsibility, and fluency in German and very good English skills.
