Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer or Planner to join a technical office, focusing on innovation and technology within automated systems. The core responsibilities include the independent creation of comprehensive electrical documentation, such as circuit diagrams, fluid schematics, terminal diagrams, and cable lists, alongside the management and maintenance of bills of materials. You will be responsible for technical project execution, coordinating orders for automated plants, and ensuring all necessary documentation for new construction and modifications is accurate. The role requires strong technical expertise to review upstream process documents (sensor/actuator lists) and support the specification of control interfaces, acting as a key technical contact. Ideal candidates possess a qualification as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman, or several years of relevant professional experience, coupled with deep knowledge of sensor, actuator, control, and electrical engineering, and proficiency in an electrical planning tool like EPLAN P8.
