Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to manage and optimize the electrical systems within a highly automated food production environment in the Verden area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of an eight-person team, ensuring smooth production operations through diligent planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities. A core part of the role involves active participation in automation projects, including PLC programming, and serving as the primary contact for fault management and spare parts procurement. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in maintenance and team leadership, along with practical experience in PLC programming and automation project implementation.
