Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Development Engineer specializing in E-Mobility to drive innovation in automotive technology for leading OEMs and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the plausibility checking and evaluation of powertrain system requirements, deriving component requirements considering factors like cost, weight, and quality, and designing and developing high-voltage components for electric and hybrid vehicles. The engineer will also conduct simulations and functional tests for system design and parameterization, evaluate test results, and define safety concepts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a comparable field, brings professional experience in product development, and possesses knowledge of electrical storage and drive systems.
