Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Integrator, based in Leverkusen, focuses on maintaining and optimizing complex IT infrastructures. The core responsibilities involve proactive analysis and resolution of disruptions across various IT systems, alongside the installation and configuration of essential hardware and software components. You will be responsible for executing necessary system updates and upgrades, ensuring operational efficiency and security. A significant part of the job includes providing high-quality technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and troubleshooting problems, and diligently creating and updating system documentation. Furthermore, you will actively support the implementation of new IT projects. The ideal candidate brings a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a comparable qualification, fundamental knowledge of network technology, server administration, and experience with virtualization technologies like VMware.
