Job Summary

This role involves supporting cutting-edge research into the molecular mechanisms of iron metabolism and its interaction with steroid hormones, particularly cortisol, in physiological and pathological states. The successful candidate will independently conduct and evaluate experiments, focusing on molecular biological analyses of transgenic mice, their primary cells, and cell lines. Key responsibilities include genotyping, tissue and cell isolation, histological and microscopic analyses, and various molecular assays like RNA/protein isolation and qPCR. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in molecular biology and animal experimentation, contributing to the organization and projects of the research group. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biological-Technical Assistant (BTA) or comparable qualification; Certified animal welfare course completion
