Job Summary

This position calls for an Industrial Electrician to support a partner company specializing in urban infrastructure in Leipzig. The core responsibilities revolve around the maintenance, inspection, and repair of critical electrical systems for the city's tram network. Daily tasks include working on medium voltage and low voltage installations, cable systems, electrical track control and signaling equipment, and tram overhead line systems. You will be responsible for performing switching operations on railway power supply systems, utilizing bolting technology for mechanical connections, and operating electric hand tools. The ideal candidate holds completed vocational training as an Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, or can demonstrate substantial professional experience in these specific technical areas. Excellent written and spoken German is a mandatory requirement, coupled with team orientation, initiative, and flexibility.
