Laboratory Technician | Laborant (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is based at a highly modern, international dairy processing plant, focusing on maintaining the quality and safety of globally distributed food products. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting crucial raw milk analyses, performing sensory evaluations of finished products, and carrying out specialized tests on cleaning, disinfection, drinking, and process water solutions. Key duties also include the essential calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, alongside participation in interlaboratory proficiency testing (Ringversuche). The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, coupled with significant professional experience within the food industry. This position requires readiness to work in a 24/7 continuous shift model, including weekends and holidays, and demands very good proficiency in written and spoken German.
