This full-time, permanent position seeks a skilled Technical Employee to join the maintenance team at a large international food production facility in Essen (OL). The primary focus of the role involves the diligent maintenance, repair, and servicing of complex industrial plant systems. Key daily tasks include manufacturing new plant components, documenting all completed work, and providing support and oversight for external contractors conducting repairs and servicing. The ideal candidate is a qualified tradesperson from the technical field, holding a recognized certification such as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or similar. Success in this role requires a meticulous and conscientious work approach, strong reliability, and excellent teamwork skills to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the production site.
