Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Electronics Technician to ensure the continuous reliability and optimal functionality of critical safety and communication systems in Neuwied. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining, testing, and keeping fire alarm, intrusion detection, and extinguishing systems in perfect working order. The technician will also collaborate closely with external service providers on the setup and commissioning of new safety installations, ensuring professional installation and optimal tuning. A key component is routine testing of VdS systems and managing the communication infrastructure. The ideal candidate must hold a relevant electronics qualification, possess hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of these specialized safety systems, and be proficient in using ERP software like SAP. The position also requires participation in on-call duty, emphasizing reliability and commitment to safety.
