Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician, potentially at a Senior level, who will manage the entire lifecycle of IT systems and devices for clients of netgo tax, one of Germany's largest IT service providers. The core responsibilities include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT components, alongside executing complex rollouts, IT relocations, and system migrations. The successful candidate will leverage their fundamental knowledge of hardware, software, and networking to help customers improve business processes and navigate digital transformation. This position requires a structured, customer-oriented approach, a willingness to learn new technologies rapidly, and a minimum presence of 2-3 days per week at one of the seven available German locations.
